In line with the CIS Group, CNA Mauritania has implemented an Integrated Excellence Management System (IEMS), based on the principles of total quality management.
CNA Mauritania policies and SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) in place totally comply with these guidelines, surrounded by the concepts of proactivity and continuous improvement.

As part of this commitment, CNA Mauritania operates with a food safety management system based on HACCP.
Beyond the pest control and hygiene control services, our teams carry out frequent awareness and training campaigns for employees. Campaigns are adapted to the multiculturalism that characterizes our operating sites.

In order to continually improve our performance and ensure that everyone on the site is safe and healthy, we have developed a safety culture on Tasiast aiming to :
- Identify, eliminate and manage risks,
- Maintain and continuously improve HSE performance,
- Ensure compliance with the Group's HSE policy.
In order to promote our zero accident policy, we provide continuous training to all of our employees.
Environment
We place sustainable development at the heart of our concerns.
That is why multiple initiatives to minimize our waste are being developed, in particular to fight against food waste or selective sorting.
