Food Safety Day

As part of QHSE and Sustainable Development initiative and Food Safety Day, CNA Mauritania organized an awareness workshop on Escherichia Coli bacteria.

Thus, a presentation on the bacterium, its modes of contamination and the prevention against food poisoning was produced for our kitchen teams. Finally, a demonstration of surface tests which allow, among other things, to detect this bacterium was made to demonstrate the importance of hygienic rules for the safety of all.
