As part of the prevention against Covid-19, CNA Mauritania has set up several additional training:
- Training of employees for cleaning E quarantine blocks occupied by quarantined employees.
- Reinforcement of training on hand washing with the nurse.
- Training on the good practices of wearing a mask for all catering employees.

]]>Disinfection and decontamination training for rooms and linens in the event of COVID-19 contamination
CNA Mauritania is currently training, with the site clinic, a team of 15 people to disinfect and decontaminate a room and the linen of a person who is said to have contracted COVID-19.
The training is carried out under different assignments for 2 weeks.
The employees are trained in a room and the laundry room to simulate the situation and be able to intervene in real conditions.
Specific training sessions at sensitive stages: hand washing and withdrawal of PPE are also carried out.

As part of the prevention against COVID-19 and since April 8, CNA Mauritania daily disinfects, ialternately, its three dining rooms by spraying to rise disinfection in addition to the increased disinfection program already implemented since 11 March.

]]>« Installation of confinement rooms and dormitories within a Covid-19 quarantine section in the old public hospital of Nouakchott ».
To meet the needs of the Mauritanian government at our client’s request Kinross and at his own expense, CNA Mauritania’s maintenance team has fitted out 2 individual rooms and 2 dormitories for confinement and rest, with a capacity of 16 patients in a quarantine Covid-19 section in the old public hospital of Nouakchott.
The operation was carried out in just 5 days under a strict protocol, adapted to the circumstances and with a stringent medical control.
Our teams were congratulated by the health services and the client for their exemplary work.
